Agreement

By accessing clockworkiq.com or engaging Clockwork IQ for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services.

Services

Clockwork IQ provides custom AI automation systems for service businesses. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon before work begins. No work is started or billed before both parties confirm the scope.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each individual engagement agreement. Pilot engagements are billed upfront. Retainer and full system engagements follow the schedule agreed in writing before work begins. All payments are non-refundable once a workflow has been delivered and accepted.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the workflows and systems built for your business. Clockwork IQ retains no rights to use your data or systems for any purpose other than delivering the agreed service.

Confidentiality

Any data, credentials, or business information shared with Clockwork IQ is used solely to build and maintain your systems. We do not share, sell, or use your information for any other purpose.

Limitation of liability

Clockwork IQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our systems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
